False negative feedback
Sent an item in perfect working condition and the buyer left negative feedback and lied about the item received. Didn’t even contact me before leaving false information regarding the item. Said item was opened and tampered. eBay will not help. Been with eBay for 25 years with not one single negative feedback until this one. Buyer will consider removing it if it send another item. Now I don’t trust the buyer will do that so I’m not sure what to do.

Have the buyer file a Return Request. You approve the request, providing a prepaid return shipping label. Then you refund when you receive the returned item.
After you have refunded, you can send the buyer a feedback revision request.
