False information on 30 day returns.
When I purchased an item and was provided printed date on the transaction that I had to return the item by 6-26-22. Once I started the return process the seller changed the date to a shorter timeframe to return the item.
I should have the 30 days to return the item noted on the transaction and I was not allowed that timeframe. This was the original timeframe for returns on the transaction.
The seller and eBay provided false information.
