False information from seller, item never arrived
I’m not satisfied at all with customer service and I will file a report on my claim with the bank . I clearly have not received my package in my location . There is no evidence that the package was actually delivered in the right location , not a picture , not even a signed paper or at least a confirmation email or a signed message through my phone . I feel like eBay is trying to scam me or the seller was just unprofessional enough to not take care of the problem. I even took a picture the same day of the false delivery status to show that there was nothing in my door.
I get that eBay’s does their best at sending secure packages and helping out the community , but I seems very sad to me that I had protected delivery by guaranteed and still had no help in my case or anybody helped me in finding a solution over a month . The camera that I purchased was clearly not handled professionally during the shipping and was probably left in a different apartment.
Note: I have searched everywhere, asked all my neighbors , and even went to some similar doors to my number of apartment to check if they had my package .

·1 year agoDid you reach out to the carrier? Note that eBay itself has nothing to do with the process of delivering your package. If you can obtain proof that it was not delivered to your address, you can provide that proof to eBay customer service, and usually you can obtain a refund. However, if it was delivered to your address and subsequently stolen, you'd instead need to file a police report in your location.
