False feedback ratings
Why is eBay providing false feedback ratings?
I recently purchased an item (may 6th)… the seller was shown as having 778 feedback and 100% positive feedback…
the seller marked the item as shipped on May 8th… (printed the shipping label)… but almost 10 days later and the tracking number indicates the shipper has still not received the item…
so I looked at the seller feedback more closely… and realized the seller has several negative feedback about people never receiving their item…
why is eBay showing that sellers have 100% positive feedback when they absolutely do not???
yes I know I can reach out to the seller and ask about the item, and or start a dispute… but that isn’t what I’m asking about… I’m wondering why eBay is deceiving customers with false feedback ratings…

Mentor2 months agoIf the negative feedbacks are over 12 months ago, they do not factor into the feedback percentage.
