False description

Question

I purchased a Chaka Khan Red Vinyl album that advertised red vinyl album in the description picture also shown a red Vinyl album inside of the album cover. My daughter opened it for Christmas the Vinyl inside was black. Contacted seller the offered to give me a label to send it back for free. They Just over looked what they advertised in the description. But of course I can't take the gift back for my daughter this is her 1st Christmas back home after moving 6 yrs ago. So i wanted it to be special this is her favorite artist. She listens to every song every album she just started collecting Vinyls.

Is there something else I can do. I even asked did they actually have the red Vinyl. No answer to that.

There's nothing you can do if you won't return the item for a refund. You can ask the seller if he will give you a partial refund. Many if not most won't do that (but it won't hurt to ask).
