False description
I saw a good deal on 2 grow lights from someone in Hawaii. I ordered the lights and only 1 light arrived. I would have never brought 1 light for that price. Can someone tell me what to do?

Was it 1 purchase for the two items?
If you open a request for an item not received, it will fail because you received an item.
So, you have to request a return.

And follow the prompts.
