False claims by ebay's AI system detects "Counterfeits"
Ebay's AI system supposedly detects "Counterfeits" and flagged two of my items. I had receipts showing my items were purchased directly from the brand websites with my order number, name, and address. I start the appeal by submitting the receipts showing the authentic transactions, but the AI system does not understand and rejects the appeal. I have spoken to customer service and they say there's nothing they can do because its an AI system. They can't even tell me what caused the flag either, either specific wording or an error, etc. Has anyone else experienced this? It's extremely frustrating because what else can I do to prove my items are authentic? I have seen so many people complaining about the same topic on Reddit as well, with no solution.

Do not try to relist even if an agent says that you can as the can not reset the BOTS. If you relist you can be suspended.
You need to sell the items elsewhere.
