False Claims
Can anyone give advice on a buyer who is making a false claim about my listing. I provide all measurements for pants...waist, hip, rise, inseam, and leg opening. She messaged me saying that they say they are a size 16 and they have been altered because they dont fit. I responded that all measurements are provided and I also put in every listing " *Make sure to compare measurements with your own clothes to ensure a good fit" I'm guessing because she did not look at listing she is now trying to claim that the thigh measurement wasn't provided and it was taken in 4"!!!! (Really?? Because that is the only measurement not provided in listings) And why wasn't that put in her first message to me. I know she is actually talking about the waist but I gave her the measurements and she is trying to make me pay for her mistake So she is making up the 4" thigh alteration. She wants a partial refund so she can have them altered back. I told her to send me a pic of the extreme alteration before I refund. I'm afraid she is going to do some alteration herself and ruin the pants. Any advice on how to handle this?
