false claim on return

I have a buyer making a false claim about an item i sold. They are demanding a return. They sent pictures of false defect. I need to speak to an agent please

Accept the return, refund when received and move on. False returns are part of selling online, especially when you sell with no returns.

Customer service has no way to judge who is right, so they will say return for a refund. Or worse, they will refund the buyer from your funds and let them keep the item. Plus your fees do not get refunded, and you get an unresolved case on your performance.
