False claim item was not as described
Selling a Moto phone that I bought directly from Motorola via their website. Phone was used with 3 different carriers (US Cellular, then with Ting on their TMobile net, then with Ting on their Verizon Net, finally on Verizon via Visible). So phone was never locked to any carrier. Sale was made with no return option. Buyer immediately requested a return after it was delivered using the only claim that would allow this: Phone not as described because phone is not unlocked. This is, of course, false and literally impossible. I immediately replied to buyer explaining this but Ebay seems to want me to accept return no matter what, even though the claim is false. How do I get to communicate with an agent?

You will need to send the buyer a return label and refund them when it is returned.
If you try to fight this eBay will refund the buyer from your account without a return.
