False cancellation for address

Bought & promptly paid but order was immediately falsely cancelled for address issues. I seen it promptly re-listed for approximately 50% more than I won the bid for. Is this ok for a seller to do?

The seller probably wanted a cancellation without getting a defect.

They had to cancel for the reason 'out of stock'.

You can report the seller, go to https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/report-issue-seller?id=4022

Click on Report a seller.

Chose "They do not intend to complete the sale".

And then "The seller has violated one of eBayâ€™s policies".

And then "Seller doesnâ€™t want to complete the sale".

On page 3 you also can tell what happened and which seller was involved.
