False Business
Do not purchase from choice_ware I believe they are a false business. I purchased an item. Never showed. The tracking information they provided took me to USPS and when I inputted the tracking number I got this message:
Tracking Not Available
Tracking is not available for this item. This may be because the tracking number is invalid; USPS has not yet received payment; USPS has not yet received the item; the item does not include tracking; or other reasons.
I cannot get any contact with the seller and Ebay's support is insufficient. One cannot actually contact an Ebay rep to report the issue. I would highly recommend choosing to do business elsewhere than Ebay as they are indifferent to assisting in this issue. It could happen to you, so think about a different platform.

Mentor6 months agoHi @elephan-2207 From the (0) Feedback score on this ID, it looks like you're new to eBay. If the seller has a big feedback score, they may be a mega seller that just doesn't respond to buyer messages. It doesn't mean anything one way or another. The UPS message doesn't mean much, either. It often says that until the day the package is delivered. What date did you pay? If it's only been a few days, the package may be on the way to you.
You don't really need eBay support. If it's after the estimated delivery date, but not more than 30 days after, do as @gosimus suggested and open a dispute for an item not received. Be patient and learn how eBay works and you may enjoy shopping on it like millions of others. Good luck!

Got it all figured out, do you? Go to your Purchase History and click into the Order Details of the item you purchased. There's a date there, for the estimated delivery day. If that day has passed, then open a claim for a refund for Item Not Received.
