False advertising - item listed as free shipping
Hi there -
I won several auctions from the same seller. All the items are listed as having free shipping. However, when I went to check out, there was a $6 shipping fee added. I messaged the seller to see what's going on, but haven't heard back. What do I do? Do I have any recourse?

Mentor3 years agoI would ask customer service for assistance. It looks like this seller does this often.
To speak to customer service, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10
If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
