False advertising
When you see a seller's ad that says 2-12 pack Under Cabinet Lights that also shows a picture of 12 lights and their boxes, what do you think you are purchasing? I ordered this and received 2 single lights. Total Ripoff! [Seller name removed by moderator]

Mentor4 months agoOn that listing they have a variation and offer the following:
2 pack
4 pack
6 pack
8 Pack
10 pack
12 pack
Did you perhaps choose just a 2 pack from the drop down menu?

Mentor4 months agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

OP4 months agoThank you and have already did that. My point is asking if I am wrong in assuming I was purchasing more lights than 2 by the wording and pictures in the ad. I feel like the seller should be banned.

Mentor4 months agoIt depends can we see your order details with any personal info hidden?
This was a variation so can you show that you actually chose the 12 pack and not the 2 pack form the drop down menu?
