False advertising

Question

Well whats going on. I tryed to explain that this mototcycle part was advertised for a 72 honda XL 250. Well, I sent pictures, of the shop manual, showed them that a built in washer was missing. Well they went to ebay, to my amazement ebay said that I received the delivery. No Return. Does ebay support false advertising. I'm out $44.77 for something I'll trash. I even reported this within hours

Are you sure you filed a Return Request and not a refund request? Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions” click on “Return item” and select the reason for the return. “doesn't match description". Attach a photo. IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
