False Advertising!!
Recently ordered and received what was pictured as De-Walt 18v batteries- clearly in De-Walt packaging in clear pack. ITEM RECEIVED FROM SELLER WAS NOT ITEM ADVERTISED ON EBAY---NOT DE-WALT. EBAY NEEDS TO STOP THIS DECEPTIVE PRACTICE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ITEM AND MY ABILITY TO CONTACT SOMEONE AT EBAY TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT.

Mentor3 years agoSellers are entirely responsible for the content of their descriptions. eBay has no way to know in advance if sellers are shipping what they advertise.
If you receive an item that is not as described, you can return it to the seller at the seller's expense for a full refund.
