false advertising
How to get eBay to take action for false advertising. Advertised powder coated steel, even with pictures of not a bare steel tube. What arrived was rough cut steel tube with oil on it. Was not powder coated, had to strip, clean, primer and paint myself, defeating why I ordered the powder coated one. I contacted seller who said in full description states oil. Should not be allowed to advertise as powder coated steel tube bumper, if not powder coated should be required in the heading and pictures should be factual. I could have bought bare steel tube around me closer and cheaper, but was hoping to avoid having to clean, degrease, primer and paint thus the powder coated purchase.
