False Advertising
I have run across more than a few items that are mislabeled. On one occasion the seller told me they would change the description. On others I have not had a response. How do you flag an item that is misrepresented? Some person is going to buy a $1 item but pay $35 or more. I know it's buyer beware but it should be easy to flag misrepresented items. I am new here and am struggling to figure out how. Please help

There is a ‘Report item’ link in every listing where you can report violations of eBay policy.
It sounds like you’ve taken it upon yourself to question whether an item is worth the asking price … which isn’t really our business.
With 1.7 billion listings worldwide … we probably should limit our reports to easily-observable violations, since most eBay staff will not remove an item that one person says is ‘misrepresented’.
I do realize that your motives are honorable. I’m merely trying to modify your expectations of results. 🙂
