False advertisement
I needed a set of silverware. Came to EBay to find a nice set of silverware.
Found a beautiful 40pc Rose Gold set.
(I have pictures)
So I put it in my watch list, and kept on searching. Next day I find that the price is marked down, and so I purchase the 40 pc Rose Gold silverware set.
When it gets to my home, I open this really light package and I am thinking, what did I buy? Inside the box is 5pc Rose Gold silverware (see picture).
Inside the box is a printed paper that says "A gift for you",
So I wait for the rest of the set to get here. It does not come.
I then contact the seller and he gets back with me and says that they sent the correct amount of my order, and to check again. (Picture of conversation)
I only received 5 pc not 40 and sadly this was the second time I ordered from this seller, (did not pay attention) and thought it was stolen after delivery.
ATTENTION
No matter what I do, I cannot figure out how to attach the pictures I have, can someone help me with this please????

Do you recall what you paid for the set? According to the listing, 5pc would be $14.72 and 40pc would be $42.08.

The feedback you left on this item is more than 30 days old, so it is too late for eBay to help.
First, make sure that your purchase history shows that you selected 40 pieces - the listing offered both 5 and 40. Assuming you did select 40, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described.
The seller is in India - the 'gift note' might be an indication that he bought it from a different retailer and had it shipped to you as a gift.

Do you have the Item # so we can look up the listing?
When you said that inside the package was a paper that said "gift for you", was it an Amazon package?
