I purchased a front fender for my cycle, the site said it was a match. I had it painted and then found it was not a match. I went to swap all the chrome from the original fender to find out that the new one was smaller.
I contacted the seller, seeing how it was after the return date, and explained what happened. After several txt messaging back and forth. He admitted that yes the fender was smaller. I asked if there was some way of making this right. He offered to send me a new fender tip light, but of course that was not gonna make the rest of the chrome fit.
now i have a fender that i have about $500 invested in it, after paint and paying someone to paint it. The seller finally said because it was painted there was nothing he could do. And then i take it as an insult he offered to send me a $10 refund.
