I have tried to purchase the same item from like 6 different seller I believe who all show they have the product but when it comes time for it to ship out or that I ask why it has not shipped out they all say the do not have it to me ebay should stop this behavior as they same people show they still have product. what a joke.

Mentor5 months ago@pattyl117 Are the sellers canceling as out of stock? If yes then they get a DEFECT on their account, just a few defects a seller can be banned from selling. I understand that this frustrating since you are trying so hard to buy this item.
It sounds like the sellers are all drop shipping from the same source that it is out of stock.
Have you received refunds for the items? eBay can't inspect a seller stock or merchandise, that is why they have the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
If the seller canceled the order using buyer requested OR problem with buyers address then you should use this form to report the seller> https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 Suspicious Activity> other
Then say in the box that the seller lied about the cancelation reason to avoid an out of stock Defect.
