If you were sent a return shipping label as a result of filing a 'return request' ... then you will get refunded regardless of whether the package ever reaches the seller.
Tell us what has happened so far ... and we'll tell you what you need to do next. Please include details.

OP1 year agoThank you for your response. I reached out to ebay support and received my money back. No return label was given. It was a product sent from China. I will be more cautious next time.
