Falling below selling minimums & working through disability

Question

Hi Iâ€™m a handicap single mom. Iâ€™m getting notes that Iâ€™m at risk for falling below selling minimums etc.

How do I go about talking to someone about them being so strict when Iâ€™m only able to do this on days that I am well enough.
do they have an accessibility department who handles something like this?

@galliganandco . Are you having trouble shipping on time? You can have a longer handling time. Let us know if you need help with how to make a change. If you give us more info about how eBay says you're not meeting minimum requirements we can offer more specific advice. eBay has one set of rules for everyone. I understand you're dealing with a lot in your life.

Do you mean minimum standards, meaning you have cancelled orders or had unresolved buyer claims? Check your seller dashboard here - https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard

If youâ€™re not able to meet the handling time that you set, consider giving yourself more days for shipping.

(There is no minimum for the number of items you sell - I sold 3 items last year ðŸ˜Š)
