Fake tracking number
I was told that the product was delivered to my house via the tracking number supplied by the seller.
When checking the tracking number with a FedEx customer service rep., the tracking number wasn't sent to my address nor was the product/package sent to me. The package was signed for by another person and not me. I don't have any employees nor is there anyone else living here. It was to be sent to a residence and not a business as I don't have a shipping/receiving department. I have tried to explain to eBay that the package was sent to someone else and to a different address than is listed in my account. They found for the seller stating the tracking number shows delivered without checking the details of the shipment with FedEx. The item was a 5 gallon bucket of dish soap which the weight should have been approximately 45 pounds. The shipping through FedEx stated 1 pound package weight. They have now stated that the appeal was also settled to the favor of the seller. Needing to know what the next steps are for trying to get this settled. Thanks
