Fake products
I ordered a jelly cat and seller sent me a fake. It even had an incorrect tag attached. I got a pigeon and the tag said it was a bunny. Seller wants me to pay for return shipping and then will pay pal me my refund. I already don’t trust them so I feel stuck.

You're not stuck. You have eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Here's what to do...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
Just follow that process no matter what the seller tells you.
