 Not real beats I don’t see the product ID on the headphones. They are plastic. I asked him to return them and since I opened them he said no he will refund me but I have to close the case. So I did and now I can’t get a refund. I don’t know what else to do eBay said they can’t help they should make sure everything is authenticated

Mentor3 years agoI'm sorry that the seller tricked you into closing your return.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a counterfeit product.
