Fake product ?
I recently purchased and item on eBay that was a perfume. When I opened the fragrance it smelled nothing like the authentic one I have at home. I reached out for a refund and opened a request. A return QR code was sent to me and I mistakenly closed it thinking I needed to return it that same day( I could not because I work 3 jobs) now it won’t allow me to receive the return because it’s been closed. Is there someone that can help me with this .? The time was costly and I’m sad it was not authentic

You can contact your payment method to file a chargeback.
