fake product

Hi

I and trying to get a refund from the seller

however, eBay are saying I haven’t made any any purchases. The reason for the refund is because the product is fake and has no information on the box to know what the product is made from. It’s a needoh Easter egg hunt and I bought two of them. I’m happy to return, but I can’t when eBay is saying I have no purchases.
Can anybody advise what I should do?

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase and find the transaction in your Purchase History to return the "not as described" item.

If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account before using the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
