Fake pokemon cards

Hello

I recently ran into a seller that sold me a fake pokemon card. There was no description of it being fake. I also payed retail on what the cards actually is value at, if it where real. I did a little bit of research into other items they are selling and found that they are listing cards here and there as "Card not guaranteed to be real". This is listed way down at the bottom of the full description. Where you need to actually physically go looking for this information. What should I do? Is this ligit to do on ebay?

If you share an item number with the fine print I can report it too.

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

Doesn't seem authentic

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
