Fake pokemon card

I bought a Pokemon card from a seller and he shipped me a photo copy of the card and not a real card. The seller has deleted his account and I can no longer contact seller, what can I do?

@p00kiem0n Sorry you had a bad seller. If you have not had the card more than 3 business days then the best option is to file a return request case. eBay will then force a refund from the sellers account. This works even though the sellers account is closed.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

If it is past 3 days then you need to file a chargeback with your funding source. Once you go to your funding source eBay can no longer help you so if they deny for some reason you are at the end of the line.
