Fake Pokémon Card
I purchased a card back in April to give to my wife on her birthday which was last week. I'm not a pokemon card collector, but my wife is and pointed out that the card was fake immediately. Upon looking into it further, it is clearly fake. The seller is denying that the card is fake, and because I bought the card back in April I'm not sure if there is anyway to get my money back now. Any advice would be appreciated

Mentor3 years agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. If you paid with Paypal, you can file a case there as they allow up to 180 days from the sale. If you paid with a credit card, contact the card issuer.
