Fake plastic wrap
If i purchased a 'sealed' booster box and only after the fact realized it had the wrong shrink wrap and was likely resealed how do i bring this dispute forth with ebay? I do not want to report the buyer if i am wrong but firmly believe the box was resealed. I do not want to return it if fake as it will likely then be re-sold. Any help would be appreciated
