eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You are protected by eBay for your purchases for 30 days after delivery if they arrive damaged or are not as described in the listing.
It is recommended you first contact the Seller. You may need to open an Item Not as Described case to start the refund process. But you only have 30 days from delivery to do that.
