Fake OEM Auto Parts
Sellers on eBay commonly advertise auto parts as OEM "Original Equipment Manufacturer" but the parts they stock and sell are aftermarket. Evidently it's okay with eBay so what can I do about it?

eBay does not see physically see the items Sellers list for sale. Sellers can list anything they want and call it whatever they want (providing it is not a retstircted item) and get away with it. As @rfmtm mentioned, return it for "Does not match pictures or description" via the link on the item in your Purchase history. You will bee issued a pre-paid return label. The Seller will have 2 days to refund you once they get the item back but if they don't go to the claim on day 3 and ask eBay to step in and force the refund. If the Seller refunds you when you file the claim you will not get the label and can keep the part. If they do not refund you in full if that happens then you file a dispute with your funding source for what you were not refunded.

Second you can use the report button on the listing.
Third, if still available to you, provide feedback to warn other buyers.
