Fake money being sold from Chins
I purchased what was advertised as an American Silver Eagle Coin. Beautiful picture. When it arrived I put a magnet on it. IT stuck. Silver will not stick to a magnet. I took a photo and sent it to the seller in China. The coin was fake. I wrote a bad review on the seller cautioning other purchasers what happened. The seller advised they would give me a full refund if I withdrew my review. I filed a complain with Ebay for my refund. Nothing happened and then one day out of the blew Ebay closed their file. I have not been able to get Ebay don't the phone I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH EBAY.

What you should have done was file a Returns Request with the reason Not as Described. The seller would then have 3 days to either refund you in full, or send you enough money via Paypal for you to purchase return shipping to send the item back via Priority mail. If the seller does neither, then you go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
