Fake knock offs sold as genuine
I bought milwaukee m18 batteries that were listed as genuine, used them and they are shorting out within 6 charge cycles. Now i noticed the printing on the batteries does not match actual genuine milwaukee batteries and also the lightning bolt and led lights built in are not the same. They are chinese knock off batteries that the seller had sold as actual genuine batteries, How can I get a refund and stop this seller from scamming other people with this junk knock off

Mentor2 years agoIf less than 30 days open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, counterfeit. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
If over 30 days open a dispute with the payment processor for a refund.
Use the REPORT button on the listing. Alert the real manufacturer who can have ebay remove the listings.
