Fake knife from a seller

Question

Hello, I am almost certain I received a fake bench made knife from a seller. There were previous Feedback posts left on the seller that led me to the suspicion, but since they accept returns i proceeded.

Upon examining the knife I noticed the spacers, drill holes, action, box are all subtly different than the other exact version of this knife that I own. How do I proceed to get my money back and make sure eBay is aware what the seller is up to?

File a Return Request:

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return and attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
