Fake items being sold
Hi, I recently purchased a set of oil and fuel filters for my vehicle that the guy says his Ford Motorcraft OEM filters when I got to my house they look a little different. I took some pictures of them and put it in. I went to the Ford dealer and I ordered the same filters from them and they are completely different. How is eBay allowing these people to sell fraudulent items on their platform?

In addition to the negative feedback you have already given this Seller, you can and should open an Item Not as Described case. eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. As long as it's been less than 30 days since these filters were delivered, you can open a case to start the refund process.
This Seller has dozens of negatives and just as many neutrals. Going forward it is always a good practice to look at a Seller's reviews before purchasing from them. In the meantime, though, it is recommended you open the not as described case. The Seller is required to respond.
