Fake item returning

Hey there.

I ordered this fake item, the seller accepted the return request but, he didn't created a post label. He just provided name and address. I'm clearly not paying for the shipping, also he's not replying when I asked. Any advices will be appreciated.

There is a difference if you open a return request or you open an "Item not as described" case. Return requests usually require you to pay the return shipping charges. Item not as described cases require the seller to provide a prepaid return label. It sounds like you opened the wrong kind of case/request. Unfortunately you cannot change the request to a case.
