Fake Item purchased more than 90 days ago
I purchased shoes August 31st that were marked as "authentic" guaranteed. The other day, I took them to a reputable shoe store and they immediately saw that they were indeed completely fake. They brought out a pair of the same shoes and showed me the differences that were very obvious once I saw them in person.
Is there anyway that eBay can step in and help out with trying to get my money back from the seller? I tried reaching out to the seller directly and clearly did not get an answer. The seller immediately offered "no returns" as I suspect they knew that the item was fake. I can't review the seller and there are reviews from other unhappy buyers that were also scammed.
