Fake item brought as gift.
Bought this Apple ultra watch to give as birthday present. Didn’t check as the serial number was found proper.
now it’s over 90 days & the person whom I gave the watch as present found it a fake as it wasn’t charging. Took it to Apple Store & they said it’s a FAKE item.

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee, so you have purchase protection from eBay for 30 days from the date of delivery. Because that return window has passed, your other option, as mentioned, is to contact your payment source to file a claim. Most credit card companies and banks also have deadlines to file claims.
