Fake item arrived.
When i go to report item and listing it says report failed, item not found but im looking directly at the item number and picture of item in search bar when i type in

If you received an item that is not as described, find the transaction in your Purchase History to start a "not as described" return. Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase, and that you are looking at the correct date range in your Purchase History.

OP9 months agoI bought "as a guest" because i was in a hurry. I have the email from ebay that shows seller name, id numher and order number but when i try to dispute it , it says item not found. when i try to do return on said item, it also says item not found. i am so puzzled on what to do now. I have pictures of everything

Mentor9 months agoIf you purchased as a guest, you will need to log out of your Ebay account.
Find the order confirmation email that Ebay sent you.

OP9 months agoIt must be a fake email because I have no options in the email to do that. Unfortunately 😞 I did report the email to ebay . Everything says unknown and not found 😞

That can happen if you are signed in to an eBay account when you try to use a guest link.
Try opening the link by right clicking on it and choose "open in a private or incognito browser window".
