Fake item and eBay does not give a clear way to raise the issue.

Question

Please need some help. Seller sold me an item and sold it as new and original and it is not. Have proof from

manufacturer. Send claim and seller close it. Trying to raise the case to eBay but it does not help as just send me to article cases.

Please need some help. This just gives seller a bad reputation and stops buyers to continue to look at items.

If you file a "not as described" return within thirty days (in most categories, though there are some categories that allow fewer days to file such a case), you should be able to return the item at the seller's expense for a full refund. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days ask eBay to step in and force a refund. If you do not ask eBay to step in, the case is automatically closed without a refund after twenty-one business days.
