Fake item

How can I handle a seller that sold me a fake gerber knife? Post says no returns but I feel a refund is due to me because the knife is a fake

@friendly1942 ,The seller's no returns policy is overridden by ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) policy. Go to your purchase history click on More actions > Return item > Select, Does not match description and follow through to file the dispute. The seller will have 3 days to either send you a return shipping label or issue a full refund, if they do not do that or make excuses on Day four go to the return and click on the ask ebay to step in button.
