Fake item
I got fake item from ebay and seller want me pay shipping cost to return. Question:
1. How can I ask them pay for the shipping fee, not me? How do I know shipping fee was covered by seller? I can see shipping lable, but I am not sure if I paid the shipping fee or not.
2. I do not want to waste time to ship fake item, can we ask for refund and without shipping back item?
3. Is that federal criminal to ship fake item?

Mentor4 months agoIf you filed the returns request using Item Not as Described, and the seller accepts the return, s/he is paying the return shipping.

OP4 months agoThanks. But the item said clearly buyer pay the return shipping fee, how can I know I did not pay for that shipping fee?

Mentor4 months agoI have that Buyer pays return shipping on my listings, but if a buyer states Not as Described, the seller will be paying the return shipping.
