fake item
I ordered an item and it is not a real item. It is not the item in the picture. They say in listing no returns. Is there anything I can do?

It doesn't matter what the listing says. The money back guarantee is like the ace of spades, it trumps everything else.

Mentor5 months agoYou are protected by the eBay money back guarantee.
It overrules the seller return policy.
You can open a return request with the reason "not as described" and the closest match to "not authentic"
The seller will need to provide a prepaid return label and refund you in full when they get it back.
If the seller does not help you an ask eBay to step in.
