Fake Item
I purchased an item that was claimed to be authentic in the sellers description but upon receiving it I have determined it is fake.
Is there a claim I can file or do I just need to initiate a return? I don't want to pay for anything on my end since I was scammed.

Return an item for a refund | eBay
User the reason "not as advertised" or not as described/fake
The seller will need to issue a paid return label and you will get a refund when the item gets back to the seller.
If they do not cooperate, eBay will step in to help.
You can open a claim like this even if the seller does not offer returns.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to open the request.
