    I recently ordered a large container of Vital Proteins. It arrived crushed, so that the top couldn’t unscrew. eBay was wonderful after I never received a reply from the seller - nor did eBay! So they refunded my $$.

    My husband later cut off the top, just to see if we could salvage some of the powder, and - SURPRISE - it was filled with flour.
