fake item
I purchased an item from a seller who appeared to have great ratings and the item was supposed to be brand new, unopened. However when we opened the item and used it, it was defective. We took it to the store for repairs and they couldn't fix it because it wasn't really the item we bought. It was a knock off that was put in the original items box and then sealed shut. The box is real but the item was not. Now the seller isn't responding to me, it is past the return date, and I am unable to file a claim of any kind. Can anyone help me? Maybe contact ebay to step in? I couldnt find that option. I just thought there may be some exceptions since the item was said to be real but wasn't.
