eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. A Buyer has 30 days from delivery to request a refund if the item they received is not as shown in the listing. Go to your Purchase History, select the item and open an Item Not as Described refund request. eBay will notify the Seller who has three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a full refund. If they do not respond on time, you can ask eBay to step in to force the refund.
Do not let the Seller bully or manipulate you or string you along.
